Aconnex – saving time, saving money. (01.04.2005)
As mentioned in the IT Investment story,
Trupart has invested in the Aconnex service as part of the new Activant package. This facility is a real time web
based stock look up and re-order system which enables customers to interrogate the Trupart stock records and to
place orders without having to speak to anyone.
Whilst customer contact is vitally important to every business, especially with regard to developing relationships,
many day to day transactions can be made ‘online’ and without the need to talk. Time can therefore be utilised
to better effect elsewhere. |

Performance Lighting. (12.02.2005)
Trupart has for many years been the largest distributor of Obligatory Lighting and Rear View Mirrors to the aftermarket.
The ranges have included the OE programmes of manufacturers such as Marelli, Hella, Bosch, etc. as well as aftermarket
brands such as Depo, TYC, Arteb, Lucas, etc.
and the combination has always proved to be a winning one within the market place.
But increasingly, customers looking for something different are prepared to replace their existing vehicle lighting
with performance replacements, despite the original units still functioning without fault.
Trupart is rapidly becoming the leader in this market as well, so make sure you’re aware of the full range and
this excellent high margin opportunity. |
