We would also like to point out that you can make direct contact via e-mail so please ask for any individual e-mail addresses you may require. |

| DDI Telephone System |
Today we go live with our new Direct Dial telephone system.
Each department, and everyone in contact with customers will have a direct dial number to save callers' time and to again help improve service. If the person you want is on another call or is not available then you get the person on the next desk.
No frustrating voice mail, no waiting for that return call - but straight to your target or someone near by. At the moment we have to 'transfer' over 70% of all incoming calls and this uses everyone's time. Our target is to cut this to below 20% but to make this possible callers need to use the new DD numbers.
Listed below are a selection of popular DD number but if you need someone else just ask. And as you would expect you can still use the old numbers if you prefer.
