Service Levels: Trupart targets key measures on a daily basis to ensure high levels of customer service. These include
product availability which is targeted to not fall below 95% first pick, order turnaround which ensures that the
majority of orders are despatched the same day for next day receipt, and returns monitoring which ensures that
the company focuses on returns and credit notes such that these are minimised and that where they do occur they
do so without causing inconvenience to customers |

| National Distributors: Operating from distribution centres in Doncaster and Glasgow Trupart provides a next day delivery
service throughout the UK via a combination of its own fleet of vehicles and selected national carriers. |

Customer Support: The customer service centre at Doncaster is open at 8.00am each morning through to 8.00pm each evening
and the customer service team are highly trained to ensure that they are able to adequately respond to all customer
technical enquiries.
In addition there is a national field sales force visiting customers on a regular basis to provide that essential
link between the company and its customers. |
